This Trial has been most interesting to Watch and I must say it was my pleasure to host but let us see what majority decision has rot:

GUILTY
She was so close to a clean sweep had Jurie not studied the evidence so closely and all of you who fought hard to the end even if you were wrong, I am proud of you...now lets see how it went down...
well now its time for judgement hehehe...
Akira is standing on a wooden floor she looks around at all the innocents face anxiously, sweat biding around her forehead, suddenly Hero presses a button on the wall causing the floor to open up and twenty zombie care-bears come up and hug her squeezing her until she is an unrecognizable red mush...

Rewards will be distributed at a later date by Yosuke. Please allow a few days for Yosuke to prepare the next trial or to assign someone the next trial. any questions for the phobia game should be asked here...rules of said game will be posted in a bit.

Phobia Game Rules:
1. At sign-up everyone must choose a guessed number
2. Everyone was randomly given a phobia based on the guessed number
3. Everyone is free to share their number and/or phobia
4. People with the same phobia are a support group and received a shared pm
5. The kill pm MUST be based on a guess of the victim's phobia*
6. The killer can’t use their own phobia to kill*
7. Once the kill pm is accepted the blackened is prompted to guess the victim's phobia
a. If correct there is less evidence
b. If wrong there is evidence of which phobia was used
*these two rules provide the reasoning behind support groups or people with shared fears not being able to kill each other.

Morning 9/2
6:30 AM Akira wakes up and gets ready as she normally does.
7:00 AM She makes her way to and enters the gym seems no one is up yet, perfect for what she needs, a rope but the equipment locker is locked so she gets a spare bat that was left out after practice and busts the lock with one hit, once in, she goes and grabs a long rope that is usually used for rope climbing. once the rope is hidden in her handbag she leaves.
7:30 AM She returns to her room glad that she met nobody on the way to and from the gym.
9:00 AM An announcement goes out that someone has broken into the gym equipment room but not to be alarmed as Vice-principal Hero has already got someone on there way to repair it.
10:00 AM She has Lunch with all the girls, they all seemed to have dressed formally for the brunch with matching handbags, each girl scrutinizes each other wear complmenting and pointing out any thing they notice that may make anything a fashion crime.
10:30 AM when everyone is distracted by light conversation Akira goes over to where all the girls placed their handbags and quickly takes sirens pink recorder out of her bag and into replacing it with her own nobody seemed to notice the switch.
11:40 AM After the Brunch where a few interesting things happened Akira makes her way to the Library passing by Arckas by media center who gives her a flirticous wave as she passes him.
12:10 PM Akira enters the Library and notices lustfulRabbit sitting at a table in the back he seems to be busy reading volume 3 of some manga called "ikigami" his facial expression keeps shifitng from morbid delight to shock every couple of pages.
12:20 PM Akira grabs a hard-back book off a low shelf with smile though a little scared at what she was about to do.
12:25 PM Akira comes into view of Lustfulrabbit and makes a show of trying to reach for an encyclopedia on the top shelf on the bookshelf in front of her.
12:30 PM LustfulRabbit finally notices her bouncing up and down reaching for the book just out of reach, he finds it rather adorable and watches her for a bit.
12:35 PM Akira suddenly stops jumping and looks directly at Lustful and says with worried look on her face "do I need to ask you to help me"
12:36 PM Lustful hurries over and appologies for being so inconsiderate as he reaches for her shoulder she shrinks back and says in maybe too loud a voice "just get me that book, please".
12:38 PM Lustful reaches up for the rather large encyclopedia which requires both hands to lift it would seem, as he starts lifting it Akira who is standing right behind him takes this chance and uses the other book in her hand to hit him in the back of his head with the spine. He fell with book still in his hands it landed with thud next to him, his hat falling off.
12:50 PM Akira then reaches into her bag and takes out the rope and wraps it around her hands like gloves once their on securley she with some shaking begins to drag lustful over to the nearest table and then using all her strength places Lustful on the chair and quickly ties him up using the rope.
1:10 PM Lustful has finally awoken from the dazing blow from before he looks around bewildered at first then notices Akira standing 1 meter away from him and says "I didn't know you were into S & M", Akira's Eyes grew wide at this accusation but she simply took out a pink tape recorder and pressed play.
1:12 PM Lustful looked around the library passivily as he listened to the music a little puzzled at what she was trying to do, if she had wanted to do this right she should have got some leather, a ridding crop and some edgier music. Akira realized at Lustful's calm composure that he was not in the least bit bothered by the music.
1:14 PM Akira with a sigh grabbed the dropped enclopedia and bashed Lustful's head in leaving his head in a U-shape, he probably only felt pain for a second. She then placed his fedora over his deformed head and left the pink recorder playing on repeat on the table.
1:20 PM Akira placed the encylopedia on a lower shelf among smaller books as she truthfully could not reach the top shelf. She then hurried to the pool quickly taking off her dress revealing her bathing suit and began to sun bathe.
1:30 PM across on the other side of the pool was Hero he was relaxing in the shade and gave a wave that seemed to send shivers up Akira's spine before she turned away and returned to sun bathing this time on her back.
2:30 PM Akira hears a Scream coming from the general location of the library and with a smile rushes to the scene wrapping a towel around her as she goes...
